<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for recommending a content which recommends wide contents while relating them to a scene that interest a user while viewing a content, and facilitating the user to view a part intended to be viewed in video-recording reservation after recording the content. <P>SOLUTION: A video playback scene designation unit 11 receives user selection to a scene of a content in playback. A scene feature extraction unit 17 obtains a feature keyword related to the selected scene, and a viewing scene information acquisition unit 18 acquires an expansion keyword from net moving image information acquired based on the feature keyword. A video-recording reason information designation unit 12 presents an expansion keyword list. A video-recording reservation program designation unit 13 presents a list of video-recording reservable contents acquired based on a selected expansion keyword, and receives user selection.
