<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module which can achieve both photoelectric conversion efficiency and EMI (electro magnetic interference) resistance (noise resistance). <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module includes a back electrode, a photoelectric conversion portion formed on the back electrode, a surface electrode formed on the photoelectric conversion portion and having a first mesh pattern, and a shield electrode which is formed on the surface electrode, is electrically insulated from the surface electrode and grounded, and has a second mesh pattern which is at least partially overlapped with the first mesh pattern of the surface electrode in plan view. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
