<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a treatment before coating with an adhesive agent to a necessity minimum and to secure a sufficient adhesive strength by the adhesive agent. <P>SOLUTION: In a mold 1, a cavity 5 for a sealable molded member is formed by a male mold 3 and a female mold 4, and a fiber substrate 6 comprising a surface-like reinforced fiber impregnated with a resin 9 is housed in the cavity 5. An inlet 3a injecting the resin 9 impregnating from the upper surface of the fiber substrate 6 from above to the inside of the cavity 5 is provided at one end of the male mold 3. A suction opening 3b suctioning and removing air in the cavity 5, when injecting the resin 9 into the cavity 5, is provided at the other end. An inlet 4a injecting the resin 9 impregnating from the lower surface of the fiber substrate 6 from below to the inside of the cavity 5 is provided at an end of the female mold 4. Line-like concave grooves 4b, 4b are formed at part corresponding to a line-like bonded parts 8a, 8a in a member 2 of fiber-reinforced resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
