PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display panel that has three-dimensional effects in figures, or the like, by combining offset printing and screen printing, and that is made thinner than the thickness of a three-dimensionally molded information display panel. SOLUTION: The information display panel includes a metal layer, antioxidation layer and decoration layer, which are laminated sequentially on one surface of a light transmissive support. The thickness of the information display panel is in a range of 0.05-5 mm, and the surface resistance value of the metal layer is in a range of 1.3-100Ω/square; the decoration layer has at least a grayscale section applied at offset printing and a transparent section applied at screen printing, and the grayscale section overlaps with at least a part of the transparent section.
