PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively remove nonspecific adsorbed materials which are non-specifically adsorbed without using a washing liquid. SOLUTION: A sample 6 is imparted to the surface of a hydrophobic carrier 10 having a substrate 1, a hydrophobic layer 2 formed on the substrate 1 and ligands 3 joined to the hydrophobic layer 2 to join measured materials 4 specifically joined to the ligands 3 in the sample 6 to the ligands 3. Then, an adhesive sheet 7 is adhered to the surface of the hydrophobic carrier 10 in a gas phase, and the adhesive sheet 7 is separated therefrom to remove the nonspecific adsorbed materials 5 which are non-specifically adsorbed to the surface of the hydrophobic carrier 10.
