PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque limiter device for a vehicle capable of reducing a material cost of a base material by reducing a size of a base material on a small diameter side of a pair of second transmitting members fastening a first transmitting member, and capable of reducing a cost price. SOLUTION: A pressure plate 46 on the small diameter side of a first clutch cover 40 and the pressure plate 46 fastening a clutch disk 48 has a plurality of cutout grooves 50 formed in peripheral prescribed intervals on an outer peripheral part, and the first clutch cover 40 on the large diameter side includes a plurality of fitting projections 52 projecting in an axis C direction and fitted in the plurality of the cutout grooves 50, and thereby, a minimum base material outside diameter D1 of the pressure plate 46 is smaller than a minimum base material outside diameter D2 of a pressure plate 62 of a conventional torque limiter device 60 for the vehicle, and the material cost of the base material of the pressure plate 46 is reduced, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
