PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil returning circuit and an air compression device capable of preventing excessive cooling of lubricating oil even when a part of air compression parts out of a plurality of air compression parts is broken and operating even when a part of oil coolers is clogged. SOLUTION: The oil returning circuit of the lubricating oil in the air compression device is configured to include the same number of oil coolers for cooling the lubricating oil required for one air compression device as the number of mounted air compression parts. Even when a part of the air compression parts is broken, as the oil cooler corresponding to the remaining air compression part functions, excessive cooling of the lubricating oil can be prevented, and even when a part of the oil coolers is clogged, by operating the air compression part corresponding to the remaining oil cooler, compressed air can be supplied.
