<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source apparatus excellent in cost properties and mass productivity while ensuring the heat radiation of a laser light source such as a semiconductor laser and suppressing electric destroy of the laser light source are attempted, and to provide an optical scanning apparatus and an image forming apparatus equipped with the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The light source apparatus 6 includes: the laser light source 25 for outputting a laser light along a specified optical axis; a holding member 42 which holds the laser light source 25 and comprises a heat conductive metal material; an optical system element 26 which is positioned on the specified optical axis, receives the laser light and guides the received laser light to a specified object; an electrically-conductive body frame 35 for storing the optical system element 26; and a resin-made insulating member 43 mounted on the body frame 35 so as to position between the body frame 35 and the holding member 42, is brought into contact with the holding member 42, and insulates the laser light source 25 from the electrically-conductive body frame 35.
