An anti-loosening device of parking brake has developed for providing a secure parking brake mode with the simplest structure comprising: a ratchet wheel having multiple teeth formed on an arc-shaped edge, an operating lever having an upper portion forming a tube-shaped handle, a lower portion forming a flat and narrow cavity, a latching mechanism consisting of a pawl, a slot formed sliding length Ls, which is same as sliding distance Lp of a rim cap, a rotating shaft, and an elastic spring, a lever operating mechanism consisting of an operating rod, coil spring, and push button. When the push button is depressed, the operating rod slides along the slot to push the elastic spring. Simultaneously, the elastic spring will develop a resilient force for exerting on the pawl, when the operating rod reaches the end of the slot. Then, the pawl rotates to disengage the arc-shaped teeth, when the operating lever slightly lifts-up.
