The carrier part (1) has a base body (2) fastened at a tubular component of a column. Recesses are provided for lines and/or a head-airbag module. The base body is fastened at the tubular component by a fastening component e.g. locking element or fastening clip (9), which is designed as a separate component. The carrier part is covered by an inner lining part. The component unit is inserted into a retaining console of the inner lining part. The fastening component is inserted into a recess of carrier elements (4,5,6), which are movably arranged on a carrier rail (7).
