<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manager with statistical information as a list, to warn a user having a low utilization factor to a reserved time, and to calculate a proper charging unit from a reservation rate. <P>SOLUTION: This facility use state management system includes a reservation processing means 102 for updating reservation information stored in a reservation DB 106 when there is a reservation from a user, a using state monitoring processing means 103 for monitoring a using state of a facility and updating a using state stored in a using state DB 107, a use statistical information preparation processing means 104 for referring to contents of the reservation DB 106 and the using state DB 107 and updating use statistical information stored in a use statistical information DB 108, and a various information preparation processing means 105 for preparing various statistical information on the basis of the use statistical information stored in the use statistical information DB 108 and outputting it as a list. A parameter DB 110 stores the utilization factor and the lower limit value of a rate of replenishment capacity, and warns a facility manager, a user, or the like by mail when the actual utilization factor and the rate of replenishment capacity falls below the lower limit value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
