<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve diagnostic efficiency by preventing the deterioration of the reading speed of a medical image due to simultaneous access from a plurality of image-interpreting physicians to a single storage device. <P>SOLUTION: In a medical image management device 3 of a small-scaled diagnostic system 1, an image interpretation table 332, in which the NAS 4 of the medical image storage destination for each image-interpretating physician is predetermined is stored in a storage part 33 so that the medical image storage destinations of a plurality of the image-interpretating physicians on the same working day can be distributed.
