<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus having a bar-shaped grip member with a non-skid function provided so as to be retractable into an apparatus body, in a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: A support rail 31 is a sheet metal member formed by bending a steel plate into nearly a U-shape in a cross section, and on a side surface thereof, an oblong hole 33 extended in a sliding direction (arrow BB' direction) of the bar-shaped grip member 30 is formed. Also, a lock pin 35 projecting downward is attached on an upper part of the support rail 31 near the outside of the apparatus. The bar-shaped grip member 30 is formed by bending the steel plate into nearly a cross-sectional rectangular shape having chamfered corners, and a plurality of through-holes 37a-37d aligned along a longitudinal direction are provided on an outer peripheral surface of the bar-shaped grip member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
