PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve characteristics in photoelectric conversion in a dye-sensitized semiconductor solar cell, by allowing an oligosaccharide to coexist for manufacture when a porous oxide semiconductor is sintered, or by allowing the oligosaccharide to coexist in an organic medium containing an electrolyte.
SOLUTION: In the dye-sensitized solar cell, a dye is adsorbed into the porous film of an oxide semiconductor formed on a substrate for forming the dye-sensitized semiconductor electrode, and the organic medium with the electrolyte solved thereinto is brought into contact with the electrode. The dye-sensitized solar cell is obtained by allowing the oligosaccharide to coexist in an oxide-semiconductor fine-particle paste used for sintering the porous oxide semiconductor for manufacture, and/or by containing a phosphoric oligosaccharide in the electrolyte-solved organic medium.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
