<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a UI that facilitates a user to cope with an error during processing flow execution, in a combined machine that can operate a browser from an operation panel of the combined machine, access a web server, refer to or print a folder or document of the server. <P>SOLUTION: A server determines whether a processing request is after an occurrence of an error if there is the processing request from a combined machine, and acquires a combined machine, in which the error has occurred, and a cause of the error if the processing request is after the occurrence of the error (S21, S22 and S24). The server defines a flow of processing in accordance with the processing request after the occurrence of the error on the basis of the combined machine in which the acquired error has occurred and the cause of the error (S23, S25 and S29), and transmits UI information for instructing the execution of the defined processing to the combined machine (S26).
