<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an "onboard device for a toll collection system" for issuing an alarm to attach properly a card, even when a driver is alternated after starting an engine. <P>SOLUTION: This onboard device for the toll collection system (1) is radio-communicated with a road side device (2), to settle a toll, and includes a detecting means (10b) attached to the onboard device, and for detecting the presence of the card for recording information required for the settlement, a determination means (10c) for determining the alternation of the driver, based on operation information of the engine of a vehicle, and based on information indicating the possibility of the alternation of the driver, and a display control means (13) for display as to the confirmation of attaching the card. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
