<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the fracture of a fan belt in an air conditioning device including a blower fan to which the power of a fan motor is transmitted through the fan belt. <P>SOLUTION: A physical quantity representing the state of a refrigerant flowing in a heat exchanger (37) is measured as a measurement value for determination.
