<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct-current high-voltage power source capable of obtaining a small and stable output. <P>SOLUTION: In the multistage direct-current high-voltage power supply device for obtaining a direct-current high-voltage output by piling up in multiple steps unit power sources 7, each being structured of a transformer 1 and a rectifying circuit 6, and serially connecting output sides of the rectifying circuits 6, a negative terminal 8 of a direct-current output side of each unit power source 7 is electrically connected to cores 4 of the transformer 1 in the unit. As a result of this, a part needing high-grade insulation is to be limited to a space between a primary winding 2 and the secondary winding 3 and the cores 4, and the space is filled with insulation resin 5, having superior insulation performance to attain contraction of insulation dimensions down to 1/2 to 1/6, as compared with prior art. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
