PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade-type cleaning device with high durability and high removing capability which suppresses deviation of contact pressure in a lengthwise direction of a blade while reducing cost. SOLUTION: In the cleaning device that presses a long-sized blade 2 formed of a plate-like elastic member to a photoreceptor drum 4 to remove remaining toner on the photoreceptor drum, the blade 2 is pressed to the photoreceptor drum 4 by a pressure means 6 which applies a pressure over the full width of the blade 2 in the lengthwise direction by a magnetic force. The pressure means 6 is constituted by using a pair of magnetic force generation members attracting each other, and a magnet 6b as one magnetic force generation member is provided inside the photoreceptor drum, and a magnet 6a as the other magnetic force generation member is provided on a blade holder 1.
