PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet printer capable of determining the condition of a supply passage of ink to an inkjet head without adding an expensive member. SOLUTION: The inkjet printer includes the inkjet head for jetting the ink to a medium to form an image, a pump for supplying the ink to the inkjet head, a head heater for heating the inkjet head, a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the inkjet head, and a controller for controlling the operation condition of the head heater so as to maintain the temperature of the inkjet head within a control temperature range based on a detected temperature with the temperature sensor, wherein the controller determines the condition of the supply passage of the ink of the inkjet head based on a detected temperature.
