PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, an information processing method and a program for improving the convenience of access to each of two controllers capable of providing a service to an external device connected through a network. SOLUTION: In the information processor having two controllers capable of providing one or more services to an external device connected through a network, one of those two controllers detects a port number corresponding to each service to be provided by the other controller other than the self-controller, and transfers access to the detected port number destination to the other controller, and transfers the access to the port number destination corresponding to each service to be provided by the self-controller to the self-controller.
