PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radial sliding bearing adapted to increase load capacity for a load by securing a sufficient thickness of a lubricating oil film even when a high load acts, without reducing the other performance. SOLUTION: A large end part bearing 30 is the radial sliding bearing for supporting a crank pin 18 via lubricating oil, and has a part positioned on at least the small end part 12 side on the basis of the center line α of passing through the center of a small end part 12 and a large end part 13 of a connecting rod 10, that is, a swelling part 32 swelling inside over a range of an angle B with a position on an inner peripheral surface 31 advanced by an angle A to the periphery of a central point of an inner peripheral cross section toward the upstream side in the axial rotational direction of the crank pin 18 as a maximum swelling part 33.
