PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical leakage detection system for determining the existence of a failure in an electrical leakage detector for detecting an electrical leakage while suppressing the increase in the number of components. SOLUTION: This electrical leakage detection system includes the electrical leakage detector that detects leakage to a vehicle body from a battery pack 10 as a series connection body of a battery cell and has an AC signal output means and a leakage detection means for detecting the existence of the leakage, a voltage detector that detects voltage of a unit cell consisting one or a plurality of adjacent battery cells constituting the battery pack and has an energy storage means, a voltage detection means, a high-voltage-side opening/closing means, and a low-voltage-side opening/closing means, an operating means for closing both of the high-voltage-side opening/closing means and the low-voltage-side opening/closing means, and a decision means for determining the existence of a failure in the electrical leakage detector. The leakage state of the battery pack 10 is created intentionally by a multiplexer MPX and switching elements Sa and Sb, and the existence of the failure in the electrical leakage detector is determined.
