摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature-compensated voltage generation circuit, and to provide a temperature compensated type oscillation circuit. SOLUTION: The temperature-compensated voltage generation circuit 29 is connected to an oscillation circuit 12 and an AFC circuit 54. The oscillation circuit 12 includes a piezoelectric vibrator 12; a first variable capacitor 16 for performing temperature compensation of an oscillation frequency of the piezoelectric vibrator; and a second variable capacitor 18 for adjusting the oscillation frequency to a prescribed value. The AFC circuit 54 is connected to the second variable capacitor 18, to control the capacity of the second variable capacitor 18; the temperature-compensated voltage generation circuit 29 includes a first temperature-compensated voltage generation circuit 30 that is connected to one end of the first variable capacitor 16 and outputs a temperature-compensating voltage for controlling capacity of the first variable capacitor 16, and a second temperature-compensated voltage generation circuit 44 that has an input side connected to the first temperature compensated voltage generation circuit 30 and the AFC circuit 54 and an output side connected to the other end at a side opposite to one end of the first variable capacitor 16, and outputs an auxiliary temperature-compensating voltage generated by the inputted temperature-compensating voltage and output of the AFC circuit to the first variable capacitor 30.
