<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist generator and a bathroom dryer equipped with the mist generator having antimicrobial activity even without light irradiation and stable to light, radiation and chemicals such as chlorine to cause no degradation of an antimicrobial effect. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The mist generator 1 with antimicrobial activity at least in a dark place includes titanium oxide (IV) containing halogen. An antimicrobial means 3 carrying the titanium oxide (IV) containing halogen, on a base material is brought into contact with water, and a treatment liquid is sprayed into the bathroom from a spray means.
