PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetics applicator helping always efficiently, unwastefully and optimumly feed cosmetics and draw an extremely thin and delicate line by preventing a brush end from splitting off. SOLUTION: The cosmetics applicator 1 includes a cylindrical nose piece 3 in the front of the applicator body 2 and a brush 4 bundled up concentrically with the piece 3 and housed inside the piece 3. A cylindrical impregnated body 6 having a through hole is placed between the piece 3 and the brush 4. The front end 4b of the brush 4 is exposed to be housed in the front of the hole of the impregnated body 6. A replacement core 5 is housed to be disposed on the same axis with the brush 4 in the rear of the hole.
