PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device for preventing thermal deformation of a device casing with a simple configuration, and an image forming apparatus equipped with the same. SOLUTION: The fixing device 5 includes a heat roller 18 incorporating first to third heaters 43-45 for heating a toner image on a sheet 9, the device casing 50 for holding the heat roller 18 at both ends in the axial direction of the heat roller 18, and a heat reflection face 55a disposed on the end part side in the axial direction inside the heat roller 18.
