The ventilator insert (1) has multiple air-outlet openings (LA) in a front wall (3). A rear wall (4) and multiple side walls (5-7) are formed in a closed condition. The rear wall is arranged opposite to the front wall. The side walls are provided with ventilation slots (S). One of the side walls (5) is provided with an air inlet opening (LE), where the cross sectional surface of the air inlet opening is four times the side wall surface. The front and rear walls are formed in rectangular shape.
