The apparatus has holding- and guide bars (2) in a rectangular design firmly attached on both sides of an outer border and an outer edge of a punch hole and at a feed side for punching holes on sheet ends. A right part and a left part of the holding bar are attached by connecting flat hinges (3) and engaging an extended lug of the holding- and guide bars in a straight extension design about 30 cm for sheet format of DIN A4. A holding- and guide part (6) is variably fastened on a screw thread part for attachment on a holding-and guide rail.
