PURPOSE: A case for high-pass with an embedded antenna and a wireless terminal equipped with the antenna are provided to minimize volume by forming an in-mold-labeling(IML) film and a non-conductive case structure into an integrated shape. CONSTITUTION: A feeding unit(100) transfers an electrical signal. The end part of the feeding unit is inserted in a supporting structure(200) through a receiving groove. The supporting structure includes supporting stands(220) on the four corners of a supporting surface. A dedicated short range communication(DSRC) radiation element has a stub attaching type loop structure. A printing film(400) is formed on the external side of the DSRC radiation element. An IML film(500) is stacked on the external side of the printing film.
