PURPOSE: A fire escape device and a system thereof are provided to enable people to be quickly evacuated even when a view is not secure by preventing the people from losing judgment due to poisonous gas and to save many lives from fire accidents. CONSTITUTION: A fire escape device is an oxygen inhaler(100,200) having a safe structure which discharge oxygen and prevent fire explosion. An oxygen tank of the oxygen inhaler is divided into a tank for storing oxygen and a tank for storing a neutralizing agent. The oxygen is injected into the neutralizing agent through a valve such as a pressure pin when external heat or pressure is over a proper line.
