The housing has a rotatable adjustable cam mounted on an outer side, where a rotational angle of the cam varies from 0 degree to 90 degree. A slit like central anti-twist stop i.e. steel film, is formed at a mechanical clamping block and locked using a pin. An inner cone and flat sides of the housing are angularly cut. The housing is made of steel and Tenifer(RTM: Chemical bath nitriding process) hardened. The cam adjusts an angle of the housing during clamping the housing in a vise.
