<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide plate which prevents the occurrence of luminance unevenness near a point-like light source such as an LED, has high light utilization efficiency, and enables the entire emission surface to be utilized to the maximum extent as an effective light-emitting region of display. <P>SOLUTION: The light guide plate is made of a translucent material, and includes an end surface and a pair of main surfaces. The end surface serves as an incident surface on which light from a plurality of point-like light sources is made incident, one main surface serves as a light outgoing surface to output the light incident on the light guide plate therefrom, and the other main surface serves as a refection surface. An uneven structure is formed on at least the light outgoing surface in regions among the plurality of the point-like light sources of the light guide plate in plan view. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
