<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cash payout system allowing a person except an applicant to receive payout of cash. <P>SOLUTION: In the cash payout system, a server 14 issues authentication information (a password) peculiar to payment information and identification information for identifying the payment information received from a temporary payout charging responsible person terminal 11, the temporary payout charging responsible person terminal 11 receives the authentication information and the identification information issued from the server 14 and displays them, and a cash payout device 13 receives input of the authentication information and the identification information displayed on the temporary payout charging responsible person terminal 11, and receives the authentication information and the payment information corresponding to the received identification information.
