<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic photoelectric conversion element stable to external factors such as heat, light, moisture, and oxygen, absorbing light in the regions of visible wavelength and the wavelength longer than the visible wavelength, and exhibiting a photoelectric conversion function. <P>SOLUTION: In a photoelectric conversion element having a photoelectric conversion layer between two electrodes in which at least one of the electrodes has optical transparency, the photoelectric conversion layer contains at least one of specific compounds containing any one selected from among hydrogen atom, halogen atom, alkyl, aryl, alkoxy, alkylthio, aryloxy, arylthio and amino, and metal atom. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
