PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boring device capable of efficiently and highly accurately performing boring for a plurality of different products having different references of machining coordinates. SOLUTION: This boring device 10 includes supports 41 to 43 for rotatably supporting a quill 50 mounted with a machining blade 51. In the boring device 10, supporting parts 33a to 33c for supporting a cylinder block CB performing crank hole machining at a plurality of portions are provided with reference sheets 32a to 32c to be the references of the machining coordinates. The boring device 10 includes a pilot bar 36 advancing/retreating in a direction parallel to the quill 50, cams 37a to 37c, lot bars 35a to 35c for advancing/retreating each of the supporting parts 33a to 33c in a machining diameter direction along cam surfaces formed in the cams 37a to 37c, and a servo motor 40 for driving the pilot bar 36, to advance/retreat each of the supporting parts 33a to 33c in the machining diameter direction.
