PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile performance device for game machines, which can maintain fixed directivity in a display body entirely before and after the rotation thereof even when a decoration body rotatable with relative to the game board and the display body with a display object having directivity displayed are rotated with a single drive source in linkage with each other, and a game machine with the same. SOLUTION: Alphabet characters N, P and B having directivity vertical to the surface of the game board are described respectively on three character plates 30L, 30C and 30R rotatable relative to a rotary frame 10 about the axes O4 of the rotation of the character plates on the front side of a front side unit 9 (front frame 10F of rotary frame 10). Built in the rotary frame 10 are a planet gear mechanism 130 which is rotated in the range of its rotational angle the same as that of the rotary frame 10 about the axis O1 of the rotation of the rotary frame, following the rotation of the rotary frame 10 and a parallel crank mechanism 140 for rotating the character plates 30L, 30C and 30R at the rotational angle equivalent to the range of that of the planet gear 130.
