<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when a member for preventing the fall-down of a packaging apparatus is used combined with a packing box to prevent the fall-down of the packing apparatus used for packing a thin displaying apparatus, a price of the packing apparatus is increased. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The packing box 100 includes a packing box body 101 which stores an electronic instrument, and is a rectangular parallelepiped-shape in which a dimension in the depth direction is smaller in comparison with dimensions in the longitudinal direction and in the lateral direction, and wing plates 53a and 53b which are integrally formed on a packing material composed of the packing box body 101 so as to be positioned at lower parts of the packing box body 101, and fixed on the packing box body 101 in a state that they are projected from the main face of the packing box body 101 to the depth direction of the packing box body 101.
