<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent short-circuit between a board patterns due to cockroaches and to enable high power output without any increase in size of a product by easily causing radiation of heat to prevent a temperature rise in electronic parts and the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A high frequency power supply means 12 for supplying high frequency power to an induction heating means 7 induction-heating a pot 2 includes: a board 50 having a pattern surface on one side; an electronic part 51 provided on the board 50; and a board base 21 covering the pattern surface side of the board 50. A substantially closed space 21a is formed between the board base 21 and the pattern surface 50a of the board 50. The board base 21 is provided with slit holes 21b, 21c having a width of 0.5 mm or less, thereby communicating the substantially closed space with the outside. Thus, cockroaches cannot enter between the pattern part and the board base to prevent short-circuit between the board patterns due to entering of cockroaches, and the pattern part is easy to radiate heat, so that a temperature rise of the peripheral electronic part can be prevented.
