<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and uniformly apply a liquid such as wax and a chemical, when applied on a floor surface of a building. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This application tool 82 for the floor surface is connected with a flexible tube 71 to a port of a container 11 having flexibility of an extent crushed by the atmospheric pressure in accompaniment to volume reduction of the liquid, to be extended up to the vicinity of the floor surface, and is provided with at least one valve 51 in the midway of the tube 71, in order to regulate a spray amount of the liquid in the container 11, the container 11 is fixed onto a carrying tool 21 having a rigid frame for carrying the container, and the valve 51 is formed into structure capable of attaching detachably the tube 71, and is fixed to a handle of a mop.
