PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot machine enabling a player to keep on playing a game without becoming bored. SOLUTION: The slot machine includes: a number-of-slip frames determination means for determining whether or not a rotation reel stops at the prescribed number of slip frames; and a prize winning effective line determination means for determining whether or not each rotation reel has a combination of patterns for a winning hand on a prescribed effective line. With respect to the game where a special winning prize hand is won, when it is determined by the number-of-slip frames determination means that it stopped by the prescribed number of slip frames and it is determined by a prize winning effective line determination means that a combination of patterns of winning prize hands is made on a prescribed effective line, a special profit is given to a player in addition to a normal profit in accordance with the prize winning hand. When it is determined by the number-of-slip frames determination means that it is stopped by another number of slip frames or it is determined by the prize winning effective line determination means that a combination of patterns of the prize winning hand is made on another effective line, the special profit is not given to the player.
