Disclosed are: a process for manufacturing a wiring-sheet-attached solar battery cell, which comprises a temporary fixing step of adhering at least a part of the periphery of a back surface electrode-type solar battery cell (8) to a wiring sheet (10); a process for manufacturing a solar battery module, which comprises a step of sealing a wiring-sheet-attached solar battery cell produced by the aforementioned process to a transparent substrate (17) by means of a sealing material (18); a wiring-sheet-attached solar battery cell in which a first adhesive material is arranged between a back surface electrode-type solar battery cell (8) and a wiring sheet (10) and a second adhesive material is so arranged as to adhere the back surface electrode-type solar battery cell (8) and the wiring sheet (10) to at least a part of the periphery of the back surface electrode-type solar battery cell (8); and a solar battery module comprising a transparent substrate (17) and the wiring-sheet-attached solar battery cell sealed on the transparent substrate (17) by means of a sealing material (18).
