<p>Provided is a fluid heating device wherein the reduction of heating efficiency can be suppressed if a fluid mainly composed of sulfuric acid is heated. The fluid heating device heats a drug solution mainly composed of sulfuric acid, and is comprised of a translucent inner tube (3a) composed of quartz or the like; a lamp heater (4) disposed in the inner tube; a translucent outer tube (2) composed of quartz or the like, which is disposed on the outside of the inner tube; translucent side plates (15a, 15b) composed of quartz or the like, which are disposed on the opposed ends of the outer tube; and an amorphous carbon pipe (1) functioning as a light-absorbing element, which is disposed between the outer tube and the inner tube. The amorphous carbon pipe (1) is disposed so as to be in contact with a drug solution passing through a space between the outer tube and the inner tube.</p> |
