<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an X-ray detector in its spatial resolution, which is used for a simultaneous collection system multi-slice CT. <P>SOLUTION: The X-ray detector includes: a plurality of scintillators which are arranged in the form of a matrix so as to adjoin another and convert X rays into visible light; a plurality of reflectors which are disposed on the side of the plurality of scintillators and separate the plurality of scintillators respectively; and a plurality of photoelectric transducers which are disposed for the plurality of scintillators respectively on the side opposite to X-ray incident planes of the plurality of scintillators, and transduce the visible light into an electric signal, wherein the electric signal from the photoelectric transducers disposed for respective scintillators is picked up through at least one of the plurality of reflectors disposed on the side of the scintillators. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
