<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making a lithographic printing plate capable of not only removing load fluctuation of a printing area but also enhancing the printing plate length of the lithographic printing plate and the dimensional accuracy of the lithographic printing plate of a printing starting position by reducing the friction resistance change of a thermal head and the lithographic printing plate as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: The thermosensitive layer is heated over the whole face of the thermosensitive lithographic printing plate to a temperature at which the thermosensitive layer does not develop colors by a heating means, thereafter the thermosensitive layer is heated to a temperature at which the thermosensitive layer develops colors by bringing the thermal head into direct contact with the thermosensitive lithographic printing plate, thereby an image is formed in the thermosensitive lithographic printing layer in the method for making the thermosensitive lithographic printing plate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
