<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bean curd producing device facilitating handling such as cutting and transportation without decreasing a product yield even in the air. <P>SOLUTION: The bean curd producing device includes: a cylindrical container 10 containing bean curd 11; a working stand 12; a holding frame 13 penetrating the top and bottom holding the bean curd, and moving from a first place to a second place on the working stand 12; a lifting part 15 pushing up the bean curd in the cylindrical container 10 from a first opening part 12a to hold in the holding frame 13; a first cutter 16 cutting the bean curd held in the holding frame 13; a moving arm 14 moving from the first place to the second place together with the holding frame 13; a second cutter 17 cutting the bean curd held in the holding frame 13 in the perpendicular direction to the working stand 12 to bring to individual bean curds 11b; a conveyor 19 conveying a case 18 for holding the individual bean curds 11b; and an opening closing cover 20 opening a second opening part 12c of the working stand 12 and dropping the individual bean curds 11b to be housed in the case 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
