<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device and an image forming device for preventing the occurrence of all the inconveniences such as improper development due to improper hopping of toner, a bold line and insufficiency of density in contact print due to unsuitable setting of frequency of pulse voltage, and scattering of toner. <P>SOLUTION: In this image forming device for developing latent image of a photosensitive member 49 by the toner hopping between a first electrode and a second electrode on a surface of a toner carrying roller 2, the toner carrying roller 2 includes a multilayer structure, the first electrode and the second electrode are formed to be layers being different from each other and provided with at least one insulation layer therebetween, and pulse power supplies 25, 25B are constituted to perform the processing for outputting pulse voltages for only predetermined period of output time t<SB>1</SB>and the processing for stopping outputting of pulse voltage for only predetermined period of stop time t<SB>2</SB>alternately. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
