PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a concurrent hanging operation control with a simple device constitution using a sequence control device provided to a floating crane. SOLUTION: One sequence control device S provided to one floating crane 1 and another sequence control device S provided to another floating crane 2 are connected to each other with a communication cable 16 to form the one sequence control device S into a main PLC 17 and the other sequence control device S into a sub PLC 18, and the main PLC 17 is provided with an operation board 23 that issues a winding up-down instruction of a heavy structure, a display 13' that displays operating conditions of respective floating cranes 1, 2, and an arithmetic unit 24, allowing the two floating cranes 1, 2 to concurrently hang the heavy structure by a single operator operating the operation board 23 provided to the main PLC 17 while viewing a display on the display 13'.
