<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which allows billing and balance management of units difficult for a user to understand, to be carried out in terms of units that are easy to understand from the viewpoint of the actual purpose of use. <P>SOLUTION: The network connection communication system is provided with a means for expressing the unit price of network usage in terms of units that a user can more intuitively understand in light of the purpose for which the network is being used.
