<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt conveying device which has both precise alignment adjusting capability for correcting snaking of an endless belt and large alignment capability for belt replacement etc., easily in a compact constitution, and also to provide an image forming apparatus with the belt conveying device. <P>SOLUTION: A cam 53 used for an alignment adjusting mechanism 48 has a range (first region) of 45 to 225°where a displacement amount per unit angle is 0.5 mm/45°, and ranges (second regions) of 0 to 45°and 225 to 270°where a displacement amount per unit angle is 2 mm/45°. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
